MARINATED SHOE PEG SALAD 
1 can English peas
1 can Shoe Peg corn
1 c. chopped celery
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 sm. jar pimientos
1 c. diced green pepper
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil
Water chestnuts (optional)

Mix and marinate overnight.
