CRANBERRY CHICKEN 
2 med. sized fryers, cut up
1 (16 oz.) can whole berry cranberry sauce
1 (8 oz.) bottle Milani 1890 salad dressing
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
Lawry's seasoned salt

Season chicken with seasoned salt to taste and marinate 1 hour or overnight. When ready to cook, place chicken in broiler pan (any shallow baking dish may be used, however if no deeper than two inches, chicken browns better) in single layer. Mix cranberry sauce, bottle of dressing and onion soup together and mix with spoon. Spoon this mix over the chicken. Bake in oven that has been preheated to 350 degrees. Bake approximately 1 1/2 hours or until chicken is done; baste as needed (every 15 minutes). NOTE: Spray pan or dish with Pam, it adds to the dish.
