PRALINE BISCUITS 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
36 pecan halves
Ground cinnamon
2 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/3 c. applesauce
1/3 c. milk

Place 2 tablespoons butter, 2 teaspoon brown sugar, and 3 pecan halves in each of 12 muffin cups (grease well or use non-stick pan). Sprinkle with cinnamon. Heat in oven until melted. Mix Bisquick, applesauce, and milk. Beat 20 strokes. Spoon mixture into cups. Bake 10 minutes. Invert on heat proof serving plate. Makes 1 dozen chewy, messy biscuits.
