MARINATED CHICKEN 
Cut up pieces of chicken (3 thighs, 3 legs, 6 breasts)
Holland House bottle of white cooking wine
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
4 garlic buds, cut up

Put pieces of chicken pans (2 pans if you use the above amount of chicken). Put 3/4 cup of Holland House wine and 3/4 cup of oil and chopped garlic in pans. Cover overnight, skin side down. Put in cooking pan, skin side up, with all the oil, wine and garlic. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover and cook for 1 hour. Serve with potatoes and peas. Serves 6.

Adjust oil and wine according to chicken used.
