BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. top round or sirloin (cut into 1/4x1" pieces)
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms with liquid
3/4 c. water
1 pt. sour cream
Flour
Butter

Flour meat lightly and brown quickly in butter. Add water, soup and undrained mushrooms. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in sour cream and simmer for another 5 minutes. Serve over rice or noodles.
