PEANUT BUTTER CUPS | |
1 1/2 lbs. chocolate almond bark 1 c. plain peanut butter 1 c. chunky or plain peanut butter 1/2 c. powdered sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Melt together the chocolate almond bark and peanut butter; set aside. Mix together peanut butter, powdered sugar and vanilla. Drop approximately 1 tablespoon of the melted mixture into a mini muffin pan or foil cup. Roll a partially flattened ball of the peanut butter and sugar mixture and drop on the melted chocolate. Top off with enough melted chocolate to cover the peanut butter ball. Refrigerate. The Bible that is falling apart usually belongs to someone who is not. |
