LOW SUGAR PUMPKIN DESSERT | |
20 graham crackers, crushed Mixed with: 1/4 c. brown sugar 1/3 c. melted butter Put 1/2 of mixture in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. In double boiler mix: 1 c. pumpkin 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. ginger 1/3 tsp. salt 1/2 lb. mini marshmallows Stir until melted, set aside to cool. Whip: 1 c. cream Add to pumpkin mixture and put on top of crumbs. Finish with rest of crumbs on top. |
