ORANGE SHERBET DESSERT | |
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. orange gelatin 1 c. boiling water 1 pt. orange sherbet 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange sections, drained 1 c. miniature marshmallows 1/2 pt. heavy cream, whipped Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add orange sherbet. Chill until partially set. Blend in fruits and marshmallows, fold in whipped cream. Chill until firm. Yield: 12 servings. |
