SAUERKRAUT RELISH 
1 lb. can sauerkraut, well drained
1 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 sm. jar pimiento
1 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar

Mix sauerkraut, onions, green pepper and pimento. Cover with sugar and vinegar. Cover and refrigerate 24 hours.
