SALISBURY STEAK (Microwave) 
1 lb. ground beef
1 can golden mushroom soup, divided
1 egg
1/3 c. bread crumbs
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. milk
1 can (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained

Combine ground beef, 1/4 cup soup, egg, bread crumbs, onion and pepper. Shape into 4 patties. Arrange in 8 inch square dish. Cover with wax paper. Cook 10 to 12 minutes. Turn patties over halfway through cooking. Drain and let stand 5 minutes.

In small glass bowl, combine remaining soup, milk and mushrooms. Cook 3 to 5 minutes or until hot. Stir once. Pour sauce over patties. Serve immediately 4 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
