4 lg. cube steaks
1 sm. can carrots
1/2 green pepper, cut fine
1/2 onion, cut fine
15 oz. can tomato sauce

Roll steak in flour. Put in baking dish, add all ingredients, cover. Cook 10 minutes or until done. Serves 4.
