1 box yellow cake mix (no pudding)
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 c. sugar
1 (6 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding (instant)
1 (9 oz.) frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 can flaked coconut

Prepare cake by package directions and spoon into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees. Remove and poke in cake with toothpick. While cake cools mix sugar and pineapple, beat until sugar melts. Spoon over cake. Make vanilla pudding mix (let thicken). Spoon over cake and chill. Spread whipped topping over cake. Sprinkle with coconut.
