CHILI 
2 lbs. chili meat
1 onion, chopped
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 can tomato sauce
1 onion, chopped
1 1/2 tbsp. garlic powder
1 can Rotel tomatoes

Brown chili meat and onion. Drain excess fat. Add garlic salt, chili powder, Rotel tomatoes, and tomato sauce along with 1 can hot water. Cook about 6 to 8 hours in crock pot on slow setting or about 2 to 2 1/2 hours in regular pot, slowly.
