1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1 c. bread crumbs
1 pkg. McCormick's meat loaf mix
1/2 med. chopped bell pepper
1/2 chopped sm. onion
1/3 c. Heinz 57 sauce
1/2 c. tomato catsup

Combine ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, bell pepper, onion, catsup, 57 sauce and McCormick's meat loaf mix. Cook in preheated oven at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Pour off grease and pour tomato sauce over meat loaf and cook for 15 minutes more.
