ROYCE'S CAMP OUT POTATOES 
10 lg. potatoes, cut in bite-size pieces
3 lg. yellow skinned onions, sliced
1/2 lb. bacon
1 lb. lean hamburger
2 beef bouillon cubes in 1 c. hot water
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. celery salt

Fry bacon, remove and save, pour off all but 3 tablespoons bacon fat. Brown hamburger and onion in fat. Put potatoes, onion, hamburger in Dutch oven or large cooking pot. Cover with crumbled bacon, bouillon and spices. Cover and cook about 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
