HAMBURGER HOT DISH 
2 lbs. hamburger
1 med. onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 to 1 can milk
6 to 8 med. potatoes

Season and brown hamburger and onions, drain off excess liquid. Add soups and milk to browned hamburger. Slice raw potatoes, put in bottom of baking dish or roaster. Pour hamburger mixture over the top of potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees until potatoes are done. Before serving, you can sprinkle with shredded cheese, if you like.
