UNSTUFFED GREEN PEPPERS | |
1 lb. hamburger 1 med. onion 1 can tomato soup 1 3/4 can water 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. basil 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. marjoram 4 green peppers 1/2 c. uncooked rice 2 grated carrots Brown hamburger and drain. Add soup, water and spices. Cut green peppers in half. Put in bottom of greased casserole dish. Add rice, onion and carrots. Pour hamburger sauce over, cover and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. |
