SICILIAN SUPPER 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
3/4 c. water
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 c. cooked noodles

Brown meat; drain. Add onion, cook until tender. Add tomato paste, water and seasonings; simmer 5 minutes. Heat milk and cream cheese over low heat, stirring until smooth. Stir in 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, green pepper, garlic salt, and noodles.

In 1 1/2 quart casserole, layer half of noodle mixture and meat sauce; repeat layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan. 6 servings. (Can be adjusted to microwave.)

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
