HAWAIIAN FRUIT SALAD TRAY 
1 med. sized pineapple, peeled, cored, and cut in thin lengthwise spears
2 lg. oranges, peeled with a knife to remove white membrane and cut in cross-wise slices
2 kiwi fruit, peeled and cut into cross-wise slices
3 or 4 bananas, peeled and cut in 1 inch thick diagonal slices
About 2 tbsp. lemon or lime juice
2 tbsp. chopped crystallized ginger
1/2 c. coarsely chopped macadamia nuts
Several thin lime slices
2 tbsp. Amaretto liqueur

On a large tray, arrange the fruit in an artistic pattern. Moisten bananas with lime juice. Sprinkle chopped ginger on bananas. Cover with plastic wrap and chill up to 5 hours. Just before serving, distribute the chopped macadamia nuts on the pineapple. Garnish with several thin lime slices. Sprinkle Amaretto over all. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
