WALNUT - DATE SANDWICH | |
3/4 c. finely chopped English walnuts 3/4 c. finely chopped dates Creamy LOW-FAT cream cheese 1 loaf thinly sliced white bread Butter, softened Combine walnuts and dates in a bowl, mix well. Add enough cream cheese to make spreading consistency. Spread bread lightly with butter. Spread filling between slices of bread. Cut into halves diagonally. Yield: 16 servings. |
