SCRAMBLE HAMBURGER OVER RICE 
2 lb. pkg. ground chuck or beef
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 lg. onion
1 med. bell pepper
1 clove of fresh garlic
2 strips of bacon
Salt
Pepper
Season salt

Using skillet pan, fry bacon strips. Drain away all fat. Add ground beef or chuck with bacon. Scramble until done. Drain away all fat again. Add diced onions, chopped green pepper, fresh garlic. Then add 1 can stewed tomatoes and 1/2 cup water. Simmer 15 minutes on medium to low heat. Eat over white rice.
