STRAWBERRY ANGEL FOOD CAKE

1 sm. angel food cake
2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
2 boxes frozen strawberries
2 1/2 c. boiling water
1 pt. whipping cream, whipped, or 8 oz. Cool Whip

Dissolve Jello in water and add strawberries. Set until consistency of egg whites. Fold in cream or Cool Whip. Break cake in small pieces. Layer half of cake in the bottom of bowl. Add half of strawberry mixture. Repeat layers and set in refrigerator. Serve when Jello is firm.
