FRESH APPLE CAKE 
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. vegetable oil
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. nuts, chopped
3 c. diced apples
1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels

Sift dry ingredients together. Beat eggs, sugar and oil. Add dry ingredients. Stir in apples and nuts. Spread into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with butterscotch pieces. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
