COCONUT PIE 
2 c. sugar
1 stick butter (melted)
1 lg. can evaporated milk
3 eggs (beaten well)
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (7 oz.) Angel Flake coconut
2 pie crusts

Cream butter, add eggs. Mix well. Then add milk and coconut. Pour into 2 pie crusts. Bake at 350 degrees until done.
