COCONUT PIE (OR CHOCOLATE PIE) 
1 stick melted butter
1 can evaporated milk
2 c. coconut (or six heaping tbsp. of cocoa for chocolate pie)
4 eggs
Dash of vanilla
2 c. sugar (2 1/2 c. for chocolate pie)
2 pie crusts

Beat eggs well; mix coconut (or cocoa) and sugar together; add milk and coconut mixture (or cocoa) to eggs; add butter and vanilla; mix well and pour in pie crusts. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Enough for two pies.
