1 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

Cream oil, eggs, vanilla, sugar, add dry ingredients. Drop by teaspoon about 2 inches apart, before baking dent with finger and add 1/2 teaspoon jam to each cookie. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
