FRUIT SALAD 
2 lg. crisp red apples
2 lg. or 3 sm. bananas
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
1 can pineapple chunks
1 c. orange juice
1/2 c. blueberries (frozen are OK)
1/3 c. honey
1/2 to 1 c. pecan pieces (optional)
1 c. miniature marshmallows (optional)

Wash and core apples; cut in 1/2 inch cubes. Put in large bowl and slice in bananas. Drain oranges and add to fruit in bowl; pour in pineapple chunks and liquid. Add blueberries, orange juice and honey. Mix well. Let sit covered in refrigerator a few hours before serving.
