QUICK & EASY CHICKEN | |
1 pkg. thinly-sliced chicken fillets Redi-flavored bread crumbs 1 egg 2 tsp. soy sauce Flour Olive oil Wash and pat dry fillets, lightly flour both sides. Beat egg in small bowl, then add soy sauce to the egg and stir. Dip chicken first in egg/soy and then cover with bread crumbs. Cover bottom of frying pan with olive oil and heat. Fry fillets 2 to 3 minutes on each side. |
