BROCCOLI SOUFFLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. chopped broccoli
1 med. onion (grated fine)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sharp American cheese, grated
1/2 c mayonnaise
2 eggs, beaten

Cook broccoli according to package directions, cooking for only 5 minutes. Drain and combine all ingredients together and place in a 2 quart casserole. Bake 325 degrees, 40-45 minutes. May take longer in your oven.
