BROWNIES FROM HEAVEN 
4 oz. unsweetened chocolate
2 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
1/2 lb. unsalted butter, at room temperature
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
2/3 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter a 9x13 inch baking pan. Melt the chocolate and butter over low heat in a saucepan. Set aside to cool slightly. Beat the eggs and sugar together until light. Stir in the chocolate mixture and the flour. Add the vanilla and walnuts and spread the batter in the prepared pan. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until the brownies just begin to shrink around the edges and a cake tester comes out clean. Remove from oven, allow to cool and then cut into squares. Yield: 24 to 30 brownies.
