WONDERFUL! MEATLOAF 
2 beaten eggs
1/4 c. bottled creamy Italian dressing
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 tsp. instant or fresh minced onions
1 1/2 tsp. Italian herb seasoning
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. or more Mozzarella cheese, grated
1/8 c. snipped parsley
3 hard-cooked eggs

SAUCE:

3 tsp. Italian salad dressing
1 1/2 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. sugar

In large bowl, combine eggs, salad dressing, bread crumbs, onions, herb seasoning, salt and pepper. Add ground beef. Put half of mixture in loaf pan; sprinkle half of cheese, all of parsley. Place eggs down center. Add rest of mixture, push cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, uncovered. Serve with sauce.
