MORNING BROWNIES 
3/4 c. pancake mix
1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa mix
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 2/3 c. Bran flakes with raisins
Vanilla yogurt or fresh fruit, optional

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Grease a 9 inch square baking pan. In medium bowl stir together pancake mix, cocoa and sugar. Combine milk, oil and egg and add to pancake mixture just until blended. Stir in bran flakes. Pour into baking pan. Bake 10 to 15 minutes until top springs back. Cut into squares and top with yogurt and fresh fruit if desired.
