PIEROGI CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. wide noodles (cooked) 1 lb. white American cheese (sliced) 5 or 6 med. cooked potatoes (mashed with butter and milk) 1/2 lb. butter, melted (mix with cooked noodles) 2 onions, diced Saute onion in 2 tablespoons butter. Put 1/2 of this in bottom of baking dish. Layer macaroni, cheese and potatoes. Make 2 layers. Top with rest of onion mixture. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. If not brown enough, bake longer. Can be frozen. Bake in 9x13 pan. |
