MOTHER'S PUMPKIN PIE 
1 (29 oz.) can pumpkin
1 can milk
2 c. plain milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3 eggs
3/4 c. flour
2 capfuls lemon extract
pie shells

Mix first 12 ingredients well and add flour and lemon extract.

Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes then 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes (test with knife).
