SQUASH CASSEROLE 
4 tbsp. butter
1 qt. cooked squash
2 eggs
1 c. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 sm. onion, chopped
6 slices bacon, fried
1 tbsp. milk

In a large skillet place butter, onion, squash, bacon. Beat eggs and milk together and add to squash mixture. Then add cheese. Stir all together over low heat until cheese starts to melt. Then pour mixture into a casserole dish and crumble crackers over mixture. Bake at 250 degrees just until it is hot through and through.
