SQUASH CASSEROLE 
4 squash, sliced
1/8 lb. cheese
1/8 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. buttered Stove Top stuffing

Cook squash in boiling salted water until tender, drain. Mash squash; and mix with cheese, onions, and lemon juice. Pour into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Top with stuffing mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until bubbly. This is good even if you don't like squash.
