COLE SLAW DELUXE 
1 c. cored & diced tart apples
2 tsp. lemon juice
3 c. finely shredded red & green cabbage (or only green)
3/4 c. raisins
1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
1/2 c. sliced red onion
1 med. carrot, pared & shredded
2 green onions, with tops, sliced
1/4 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
Dill Dressing (below)

In a large bowl, toss apples with lemon juice. Add remaining ingredients. Toss to blend thoroughly. Chill.

DILL DRESSING:

1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 1/2 tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. dill weed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Whisk all ingredients together.
