Made this tonight, with the kids... AWESOME! Had to play with the water a bit more, because we doubled the recipe, but it was fab... we did add in a bit more salt to the recipe to flavor the crust, brushed the edges with a melted garlic butter and dusted the cookie sheets with cornmeal....

WOW, surprised me, very good and very easy to make. Mixed it up fast and made a big breakfast pizza. My wife and I both liked it better than the pre-made we buy. Thanks so much for this.

Tastes, bakes, rolls wonderfully. Very easy to make. Aside from the oven fire from pizza grease, today was a good day :)

This dough was very bland even with olive oil and garlic powder added to it. I've had dollar store pizza that was better. Thankfully my toppings were good.

This works well in a pinch. It's easy and cheap. My only suggestion is to roll it out thin and par-bake ffor 5-6 minutes. Then add a drizzle of garlic butter (melted butter and minced garlic) to lend flavor to the crust. Add your pizza sauce and toppings. Cheese on top. Delicious! I can't wait to try breadsticks with this recipe!

I made this recipe I use use a cookie sheet to bake. You can Bake just the dough and use it for other things like a veggie or cold pizza. I've even used it for cheese sticks.

I liked this, but it was quite unpizzalike. It was more like a biscuit. Great recipe for times when there is no yeast around.

Way too salty! I'd cut the salt down by at least half.

One word: genius! I felt like pizza, but didn't want the greasy restaurant stuff nor did I want the frozen cardboard crap. This was quick, easy, and so versatile. I divided it into 6x3.5 oz balls, used one to make a mini pizza with a salad, and a frozen the rest for later. And, for those on Weight Watchers, it comes out to 5 pts per 3.5 oz of dough.

This is an awesome recipe, of course I jazz it up a bit with seasonings and garlic, and using it with ALL varities of pizza! Thanks for the quick dinner fix.

I make this recipe almost every week, all my friends come over because they love it so much! It's so easy to make, and you can alter it however you want. I add oregano and a little more oil. Such a treat!
