CARROT - PINEAPPLE BREAD | |
3 eggs, beaten 2 c. sugar 1 c. oil 1 c. grated carrots 1 c. crushed pineapple, not drained 2 tsp. vanilla 3 c. flour 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 1 c. chopped nuts Combine eggs, sugar, oil, carrots, pineapple and vanilla in a large bowl. Add sifted dry ingredients and mix. Fold in nuts and bake in 2 greased and floured loaf pans for 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
