BEEF STROGANOFF 
1/2 c. minced onion
1/4 c. butter
1 lb. round steak, cut into strips
1 clove garlic
1 can mushrooms, do not drain
2 tbsp. flour
2 cans cream of chicken soup
Salt & pepper to taste
1 c. sour cream
Noodles, cooked

Saute onion in butter until golden. Add beef and brown. Add garlic and mushrooms. Simmer 30 minutes. Add flour, seasonings, soup and simmer for 20 minutes. Uncover and cook another 10 minutes. Add sour cream just before serving and heat to boiling. Serve over cooked noodles.
