CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked chicken, diced
2 c. cooked rice
2 c. diced celery, sauteed in butter with 2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 can mushroom or chicken soup
1 can chopped mushrooms
3/4 med. can sliced water chestnuts
1/2 c. (or less) mayonnaise
Corn flakes, crumbled (topping)
Browned slivered almonds (topping)

Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees in shallow casserole.
