CHICKEN DIABLE 
4 chicken legs and thighs, separated and skinned
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1/4 c. honey
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. curry powder

Combine all ingredients, except chicken, in small saucepan. Heat. Dip chicken in sauce.

Arrange meaty side up, in a single layer, in a baking pan. Pour remaining sauce over chicken. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Baste occasionally.

If you use boneless chicken, bake for about 1/2 hour or so.

If extra sauce is made, then serve it over white or brown rice, even rice pilaf.
