HOLIDAY PISTACHIO AMBROSIA | |
1 sm. pkg. instant pistachio pudding 1 (16 oz.) can chunky pineapple 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple 1 c. coconut, shredded 1 c. walnuts or pecans, chopped 12 oz. non-dairy whipped topping, thawed 1 c. miniature marshmallows In a large bowl, mix the pineapple together and sprinkle the powdered pudding on top. Let set for about 3 minutes, then combine nuts and coconut and fold into the mixture. Blend in whipped topping and marshmallows and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours before serving. Serves 12. |
