CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 c. cooked chicken cut in small pieces (usually 2 chicken breasts)
1 c. cooked rice
1/4 c. slivered almonds
1 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. chopped celery
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 small onion, grated
1/2 c. Best food mayonnaise
Potato chips or Chinese crisp noodles

Cook celery and onion until partially tender. Mix all of ingredients but potato chips or noodles. Best if mix in advance and refrigerated overnight. Sprinkle chips and noodles on top just before baking. Bake at 375 degrees until hot. Serves 4 to 6. Recipe can easily be doubled.
