RASPBERRY - APPLESAUCE SALAD | |
1 (6 oz.) strawberry Jello (sugar free is good) 2 c. boiling water 1 3/4 c. unsweetened applesauce 1 tsp. cinnamon 8 oz. carton vanilla yogurt Chopped nuts Mix Jello and boiling water. Set aside 1 cup Jello. Add cinnamon to applesauce and add to large portion of remaining Jello. Pour into 9 x 9 inch dish or mold. Chill until partially set. Mix yogurt with 1 cup Jello that was set aside. Spread over partially set Jello. Put chopped nuts on top. Chill until set. Cut into squares. |
