CHILI RELLANO CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. butter
1 (2 oz.) can diced chili
1 lb. grated cheese
3 eggs
3/4 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick

Melt butter in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Arrange chili in a layer over bottom of dish. Cover chili with grated cheese. Blend remaining ingredients together and pour over cheese. Bake 35-40 minutes or until golden brown. Oven at 350 degrees.
