CHILI RELLANOES 
2 cans (4 oz.) each green chilies (chopped)
3 c. (12 oz.) Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
2 eggs
2 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. flour

Makes 16 squares. 9x9 pan. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease pan. Alternate layers of cheese and chilies. Starting and ending with cheeses. Beat eggs, milk and flour together. Pour egg mix over cheeses and bake for one hour. Allow to cool for 10 to 15 minutes before cutting into squares. Serve warm.
