CHILI RELLANO CASSEROLE 
1/2 lb. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 (4 oz.) cans diced green chilies
1 lb. sausage
8 eggs
1 c. sour cream

Brown sausage and drain. Place browned sausage evenly in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Then spread chilies over sausage. Place shredded cheese on top of chilies. Beat the eggs and mix in sour cream. Pour this mix over the top of the cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.
