CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
1 lg. whole chicken 8 oz. spaghetti 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can mushrooms 1 c. diced white onion 1/2 c. diced green pepper 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper 2 tsp. garlic salt 1 lb. Velveeta cheese 3/4 c. Worcestershire sauce Separate chicken and boil until cooked. After cooked, shred chicken into small pieces. Boil spaghetti in some water used for the chicken. Stir fry onions, mushrooms and green peppers in Worcestershire sauce. Mix soups, onions, mushrooms, green peppers, chicken, spaghetti, salt, pepper and garlic salt. Bake in large casserole dish at 350 degrees for approximately 25 to 30 minutes. Slice cheese into small chunks and add to casserole; stir until melted. Heat in oven for 10 minutes. Remove and stir until mixed well. |
