CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 lg. chicken or several thighs
1 lb. spaghetti
1 pkg. chopped broccoli

SAUCE:

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. chicken broth
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/2 c. milk

Boil chicken with salt and pepper; save broth. Debone the chicken and cut into pieces. Boil spaghetti in the broth. Cook broccoli according to directions.

Melt ingredients for sauce. Mix chicken, spaghetti, broccoli and sauce in a large casserole dish and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Freezes well.
